Pass Sales for 2017-2018 School Year

TRAFFIX Bus Passes are ON SALE NOW for the 2017 - 2018 School Year. All purchases must be made online.The following routes are sold out: CA-17, CK-13, LC-9, MV-10, MV-18, MV-19, MV-19A, MV-20, MV-25, PV-11, PV-12, PV-13 and SR-21.

If you would like to be added to the waiting list for a sold out route, please click here.

Each waiting list entry is date stamped and will be taken in the order received. Waiting list requests will be considered as seats become available during the 2017-2018 school year.

Office Hours

TRAFFIX Office Hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on school days. During bus run times from 7:00 - 9:00 AM and 2:00 - 4:00 PM on school days, it's best to email manager@ridetraffix.com with non-urgent customer service inquiries. The First Student Dispatch Office is open from 5:30 AM to 5:00 PM on school days and can be reached at (925) 926-0375.

Bus Operations / Lost Items

Call the First Student Dispatch Office at (925) 926-0375 between 5:30 AM and 5:00 PM on school days. You may also call to check on a late bus or other operational issue involving First Student buses.

 

 

Welcome to TRAFFIX! 

Please take a moment to read relevant customer service information on office hours, play dates, lost and found, and sold out routes. For other questions about the TRAFFIX program, please read the FAQ first. If you do not find your answer there, feel free to contact the TRAFFIX Program Manager or the First Student Dispatch Office. 

Play Date Policy

To request a play date, send an email to christina.loza@firstgroup.com. Please include your child’s name and the route and stop you are asking to use. You should receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. If your request is approved, please print your email and have your child show it to the driver when boarding. If you have questions, First Student Dispatch may be reached at (925) 926-0375.

Students who are not registered TRAFFIX riders cannot ride the bus. TRAFFIX pass holders may ride on a different route or get off at a different stop if they have requested permission in writing from First Student at least two days in advance. Two days' notice is defined as two school days. For example, you must notify First Student on Monday for a play date on Wednesday (Tuesday for Thursday, Wednesday for Friday, Thursday for Monday, Friday for Tuesday). For questions on this policy, contact the Program Manager. 

No play date travel will be allowed without proper advanced permission from First Student. This is a very important student safety issue for us. We must know where all our riders are and be able to document students riding beyond their established routes or stops. We also do not want to overbook the seats on any bus.
